Matwork classes are a series of mat based exercises that help develop strength, flexibility, endurance and posture. We also use small equipment such as resistance bands and balls to both facilitate and challenge the body.
In beginners classes you will learn the fundamentals; focusing on breathing, body awareness and core stability.
As you progress to intermediate level we challenge the stability and co-ordination further to increase strength and flexibility.
In the advanced classes the pace and flow quickens to enable a more dynamic workout.
Classes are held in Gerrards Cross and Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire and usually run for 12 weeks in line with school term times. Class sizes are kept to approximately 10 to ensure individual attention.
Evening classes take place on Mondays and Tuesdays, with a morning class on a Wednesday.
