Studio sessions provide an individual workout programme for each client.

The studio is based in the Dukes Wood area of Gerrards Cross and is equipped with specialist STOTT PILATES® equipment including the reformer, half cadillac and stability chair. Together, they provide many different options for exercises, both to facilitate and challenge the body.

On a first visit, a postural analysis is carried out together with an assessment of any health and rehabilitation issues. Following a discussion on the clients specific goals, a unique programme of exercises is created.

STUDIO CLASS:   Thursdays 9.30-10.30 am.  A small (3 people) class beginning with a group warm up, then progressing on to a circuit type session each client working on a different piece of equipment in turn.  £132 for a 6 week course.
